You may browse this website and use Composition Trainer on your own devices for personal, non-commercial learning and creative practice. Do not copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or original website content without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant open-source license permits it.
Educational content
Lessons and challenges explain widely taught composition principles. These are guidelines for developing visual judgement, not absolute rules or a promise of particular creative, academic, or professional results.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website or app, interfere with other people’s access, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to systems. Respect intellectual property and other people’s rights. Any restrictions in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property and licenses
Original app and website content is owned by LOEBSTUDIO LTD or used under license. Third-party materials retain their owners’ rights. Open-source font licenses are provided on the licenses page; those licenses govern your rights in the corresponding fonts.
Availability and app distribution
Website and app content may change with future releases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. There is no checkout, payment processing, subscription purchase, or account registration on this website. Any app store transaction is subject to the terms shown by that store at the time, alongside rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Your device and progress
Keep your device secure and use the app’s data controls carefully. The app stores progress locally, and LOEBSTUDIO cannot recover that progress remotely. See Delete app data for the effects of reset, clear storage, and uninstall operations.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We take care when creating our content but do not promise that every educational example will fit every situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal, non-commercial use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights or other mandatory protections.
External services
External websites, app stores, email applications, and device services have their own terms. We do not control their content or availability.
Changes and questions
Revisions will be identified by an updated date and, where necessary, brought to your attention in the relevant service. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.
